Columbia Gear's quality assurance programs have always been integral to our success. In 1994, we were among the first U.S. custom gearing suppliers to achieve ISO 9001:2000 CertificationISO 9002 certification. Our ongoing leadership role within the gear industry is also evidenced by our ISO 9001:2000 certification, and a comprehensive TQM system including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Value Stream Mapping.

In addition to these general quality program certifications, we meet the rigorous quality standards of the U.S. Military and leading OEMs serving markets worldwide. We've also added the stringent international automotive quality addurance standard of ISO/TS-16949:2002 to our list of quality practices and certifications.
